To get the process started, we need a little background information to ensure we accurately assess the scope of your requested inspection, including the information Ohio requires to be included in pre-inspection agreements. 

Please complete the new client on-boarding form below so we know how many systems your inspector can expect to encounter, the type and method of construction techniques, and defects that are common with the age of the home.

For EXISTING clients, please use the inspection agreement retrieval tool below to complete pre-inspection agreement signatures and finish processing. Following the inspection and report completion, you will receive automatic notification it is available for review and a link to the electronic report.
